Born and raised in South Mississauga, Caitlin is passionate about her local neighbourhoods and being connected and recognized amongst the community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Clarkson BIA, Tecumseh Area Residence Association (TARA), The West-End Women’s Network and is president of The American Women’s Club of Southern Ontario. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with a degree in Economics & Business Management. Before joining the real estate industry, Caitlin pursued a career in finance and wealth management at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Her experience working in the challenging and fast-paced financial industry enabled her to help understand complex investment and business opportunities while achieving project goals leading towards success.

Outside of real estate, Caitlin is the CEO and founder of SunBright Aquatics, established in 2011, a private swimming instruction service. With a passion for teaching and swimming, Caitlin is a natural with children. She also enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures; she has travelled to over 20 countries worldwide and had the opportunity to live in the South of France and Western Canada.
